Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Certification Exam Fee

● If canceled after 72 hours of subscription, no refund will be issued.

● If [your company name] cancels the subscription within 72 hours, a 100% refund will be made.

 

Classroom Training/Instructor-led Training

​

[Your company name] reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.).

● If [Your company name] cancels an event, a 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.

● If a participant cancels 15 days or more prior to the event, 25% of the total paid fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the participant.

● If a delegate cancels seven days or more prior to the event, 50% of the total paid fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the delegate.

● No refund will be issued if a delegate cancels seven days or less before the event.

● In the case of a discounted product sale, no refund will be given.

● Baseline PMO Software is committed to total client satisfaction. We provide a "Startup" plan, which is free to use for an unlimited period. All our paid plans start with a 15-day free trial (no credit card required) so that you can find out if Baseline PMO Software is a good fit for your business or not. If you are not completely satisfied within this period, you can either avoid adding a payment method or request that the account be terminated.

● Baseline PMO Software is a paid subscription-based product with no refund policy. Your account is subject to this policy and the terms set forth herein. While you can cancel your trial or paying account at any time, you will not be eligible for refunds, including for partially used or downgraded subscriptions during a billing period. Cancellations during your subscription term do not entitle you to refunds, in whole or in part, including but not limited to applicable fees incurred by you upon billing, such as conversion rate fluctuations, international bank transaction fees, and overdraft fees.

● No refund will be made once the packages are added to the wallet. Duplicate payment A refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 5 to 7 working days after intimation by the customer.
